« Cream of the Crop! »

I went to this hotel for a show around and I must say that this property is very clean, beautiful and stylish. The moment I stepped inside, the staff were all smiling and friendly. There was one staff who stood out and her name was Jamila. She was very sensible and knowlegdeable about their hotel facts and services. I must say the for such a reasonable price, you will definitely get more than the value of what you will pay for. Jamila had excellent customer service skills and I saw how passionate she was about her job. She was very accommodating and made me feel welcome. I will definitely book a stay here. Keep it up Jamila! You are the cream of the crop!

A new hotel at a very scenic area. On Khaled's lagoon, in front of it stretches a green area with palm trees. Across from it is Al Noor island that is a peaceful place to walk to. The rooms are very clean and modern. The interior design of the hotel is modern and unique. The restaurant offers delicious food. We have tried it for breakfast and dinner. We have attended a course for our MBA program in one of its conference halls; very neat! A very positive impression from the first step we took into this hotel. Wish them all the best and hope they continue on this level.

« Very Good and Very Bad »

Lets start with the very good: Beautiful hotel with fantastic rooms, room service is good with excellent food, in a good location for Sharjah beside the corniche/lagoon. Now the bad: Room service trays left in the room for 3 days, no towels in the room, no shampoo or body wash left after the room was serviced, rooms serviced at 8-9 at night, no hot water for 2 days, outdoor swimming pool that is completely in the shade! Digital room keys that never work, very annoying when you are on the 18th floor. Allow yourself 30mins to check out, it's a nice hotel but the staff have no idea how to run or service a hotel, this is my second stay at the hotel which was booked by my company and hopefully it will be my last, there is a mosque outside that starts ups t 5am every morning, not really the hotels fault, but just another downside to the experience.

I like the room & its interior. The room was good specially I like twin TV arrangement. Room service was good Morning Brake fast was awesome & the service Since the hotel is near to the sea view the room site seeing is awesome

« Great property but service missing »

Property is nice - spacious rooms, great location next to a lovely lagoon. However it is at service that this hotel disappoints - can you imagine they gave me their telephone no wrong twice. The internet stops working if there are certain no of guests in the hotel. Food quality can be better - though can't call it that bad either. Hope they would improve their service quality going forward.
