« One night stay. On a road trip. »

It wasn't a good stay. The hotel needs a lot of renovation. It needs a good cleaning too. It just didn't do it for me. The staff were really nice, went out of their way to make us comfortable. That made a lot of difference.

« pleasantly surprised! »

We were a family of 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant and stayed here over Christmas 2015 until the New Year 2016. On arrival there was a problem with our reservation but the manger was very professional and extremely helpful. There were plenty of staff at hand to help with our piles of luggage and were were swiftly ushered into our room with no delay. Our room was aesthetically pleasing with very generously sized sitting room, bedroom and jacuzzi/shower room ensuite. Whilst we were there we experienced no problems with the amenities; everything was in excellent condition. The IT guy was especially very good and ensured we had access to the cartoon channels on cable television for the kids. The domestic staff cleaned the room, changed the bed sheets and offered us fresh towels and bottled water every single day. Room service was always swift. Even in the middle of the night! We enjoyed the meals from the hotel's restaurant and bar. We also enjoyed using the huge swimming pool. The children's pool was a nice touch and my daughter loved it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return when next we visit Warri. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff, they made our stay all the more comfortable with their unparalleled hospitality.

« Dusty and dirty hotel. »

This place is terrible. If you are thinking of staying there, please don't! The customer service was okay but the facility is falling apart. The first room I was given was dusty and dirty. So I had to be moved to another room. The swimming pool was dirty. The gym was practically non existence. The few equipments in the gym were broken and filthy. From the look of things I don't think that gym has been used since the hotel was built. Worst of all, the electric power generator was down for 5 hours on my fourth day there. If I pay 30,000 NGN a night , I expect to have electricity for 24 hours. Myself and the other patrons complained while the power was down but to no avail. The hotel management did not offer any discount for our discomfort.
