« Good place to stay. »

We stayed there for 2 nights, we stayed in the Supreme and the Deluxe rooms. The Deluxe room was spacious and had a good view although we had troubles (the bathroom did not have a lock system) in the first room and had to shift to second one. The Supreme room was smaller and had a bad view from the window. The food quality was good and the management was friendly. It in situated near the market so if you wan to explore the local market then the location is good but if you want to stay in an open location then this is not the perfect hotel.

« Good Property and Hospitality »

Good property with courteous staff and excellent valet parking . Upgraded the room on their own on arrival. The room, linen and other acessories were clean and hygienic. The pool on top floor is good and worth visiting. The Buffet dinner however is something that they can work upon considering the hotel is in Lucknow. Overall a comfortable stay although Metro works is under progress on the way to hotel.

« Manageable for a night. »

I stayed here because I was in Lucknow for work. The rooms are fine, though I discovered in the morning that the window glass of my room was completely shattered. I have no idea what was holding it together. The AC worked well. There was hot water in the shower which was good. The breakfast was okay. Nothing to really talk about. The best part about the hotel was its location. Its proximity to the original Tunde Kababi. But due to the construction of the Metro, getting to this place is a bit tedious.

Samaya World Spa in the hotel is excellent and its manager Navjot is very helpful, therapy suggested by him was great. Music played there was too soothing and cleanliness was of great standards. Oil used was of very good quality.
