« Value for money »

We stayed for three nights at a very reasonable rate (don’t be tempted to go with Jumia as they renege on the deal and hassle you for photos of your credit card and passport whilst telling you internet fraud is rife!) The receptionists were exceptionally helpful - especially with regard to contacting my seamstress for delivery of locally made dresses in traditional fabric. We stayed over St Valentines Day and the evening celebrations were delightful (candle lit, band, nice buffet, photo, present) at a reasonable price. This is not a top resort but the pool is good, staff are friendly and the room everything you would want.

« Very Nice Modern Hotel »

Stayed here twice in January 2018 while traveling through Kumasi. General - Secure facility with nice large open lobby and restaurant/bar area off lobby. Room - Large modern room with oversized desk, coffee station, seating area, great AC unit, new bed and bedding, refrigerator, large wardrobe, numerous electrical outlets, big bathroom. Note the water valve pushes in to open which was a bit of a mystery at first. Also, door closers were not adjusted properly so room door did not close automatically. Be aware of this and pull the door shut to be certain. Staff/Service - Front desk staff was very good. Bar and restaurant staff a bit slow but otherwise well trained and professional. Food/Drink - Good selection from the bar and food menu. Food portions were large and food was good but not great. Breakfast bar area with nice coffee station in the mornings. Solid choice if staying in Kumasi.

« Large but pleasant hotel with good security »

Very nice hotel, large and modern. Security thorough, even got questioned when walking round the 'gardens'. Food very good generally although not much choice if you don't want spicy Ghanaian food. Room well equipped and quiet, shower not the fastest but ok. Bed mattress very firm, requested softer mattress but got an extra duvet under the bottom sheet. Made it a bit softer but they might want to invest in some better mattresses. On the whole very nice hotel, helpful staff and would stay there again.
