« Cracking krakow hotel »

Had a great experience visiting the wonderful krakow. Was in room 200 , staff very friendly and showed us to our room. Hotel is 10 mins from the gorgeous main square. Room was a little small with no real view but was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Only one small really petty complaint was that vending machine in reception was almost empty from the 17th until we left. This is such a minor thing but would of made stay perfect. There is a corner shop 50 yards away so was no real biggy and the bar was cheap as everything is in krakow anyway. Well done team krakow will defiantly be back to see you one day.

« Double booked -surprise visit at 2am »

This is a great hotel close to the centre how ever we did have two problems the hotel had double booked the rooms so we was to be moved to sister hotel on our third night. We was advised we would be compensated for this at the other hotel. The compensation never come close to addressing the disruption we encountered with being bumped to another hotel. The second problem was one of our female friends (on her own) had a surprise visit from male member of staff at 2am our female friend was rather up set. When we complained about this visit we was told the staff member was only checking if the window was shut in that room as it was raining. They could offer no reason why they did not know this room was occupied!

« Definitely Gold »

We recently stayed at this hotel during a visit to Krakow. The hotel is well located only a 10 minute walk into the Main Square and most of the other sites but it is still in a quiet location. We had a lovely room on the 4th floor, it was well furnished in fact I would say that it had not long been refurbished. It was clean and comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities, safe, fridge and complimentary water every day which was good. There is a nice reception area with free Wi Fi and also a good bar area. The restaurant was nice and the food was good we ate there twice although the menu is not extensive - breakfast in the morning was very good with lots of choice. All the staff were a delight from the reception area, restaurant and the cleaners they were all lovely - very helpful and always smiling. There was also a Spa with lots of treatments.

« Quiet hotel, good service, close to city center »

This hotel is centrally located, at only about 8 minutes walking from the city center. The rooms were very clean and nice, though a little dark. The staff was excellent, providing help and assistence whenever needed in a pleasant and professional way. Maps were provided and the staff pointed out how to reach main attractions as well as how to get there and the use of public transport. The breakfast buffet was varied and enjoyable. The hotel is very quiet and we could even sleep with the windows open without any noise. Free water and coffee and tea is provided in the room. I very much enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again.
