« Great location »

This is very close and within walking to the old square. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was ok, but that is more to it not meeting my more personal taste but everyone else is happy, as there was plently of options available. Beds are not as large as you would expect a 4* hotel to have, but the room were very clean. I would definately stay again

« Great location for exploring Krakow »

We spent 4 nights here on a citybreak in March. Hotel is less than a 10 min walk to main square & very central for all other attractions too. Check in was prompt & staff on reception desk were very friendly. Our room was quite small but very warm & clean and quiet at night which was great as we had a couple of very early morning starts for tours. There was a very good choice at breakfast to suit everyone. One evening we went into the bar for a nightcap but we found the bar staff less than friendly and no acknowledgement upon arrival - we didn’t go back. In all a good value for money hotel in a most convenient location.

« short break »

Ideally placed in the city centre near to the square where all biz happens, and a short 25 minute trip from airport. This hotel was competitively priced for its great location and was very clean with helpful and friendly staff. It had a great hot and cold buffet breakfast selection which would hold you through until dinner if you can resist the food at the market in between!! Good WiFi and hairdryer in the rooms too.

Stayed here as flights were cancelled. Doesn't look like much from the outside, But the inside tells a different story. My favourite thing is the homemade cookies on the counter in reception. These made the previous 10 hours worth the wait. Staff were extremely friendly, the receptionist fought the airline to have our dinner paid for, the rooms were spacious, and the breakfast awesome. Great place to stay, fantastic location. The main square is only a ten minute walk.
