« Perfect launching point into the woods or just relaxing with friends »

Had an off-site meeting here for three days. Nice friendly and relaxing environment. You can focus and get things done without the usual disturbances. Staff is easy to work with. Food and beverage are good and the selection diverse. Sleeping is comfortable and the rooms are more than adequate in size and comfort. Also clean and well organized.

« Breakfast on my way home »

On my way home after my trip to Ireland I left the nightboat at Hoek van Holland. During my drive I got hungry so I stopped at this hotel just for a breakfast. That seemed to be no problem and everybody was very friendly. The price for the breakfast was almost the same as on the boat, but so much better. It was the best way to end my holidays, I'll be sure I will come back here, maybe again just for a lovely breakfast.

« Short notice stay in Holland. »

A short notice trip through Holland found us hustling for a place to stay. Golden Tulip found us a room and treated us like favored regular customers. We had a lovely room and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet and clean rooms. Great bar and dining room.

« Perfect for a short stay »

We visited over the Easter holiday and booked due to the close proximity of the hotel to the sports location where our daughter played hockey as part of a 2 day tournament. The food in general was good especially when catering for a team of 15 year old girls that have different tastes. The cabbage & broccoli soup was in the main a hit with the teenagers which you are probably surprised to hear. They have a set menu every evening along with the a la carte menu. The accommodation is reasonably priced and the breakfast offered full English as well as continental ... so a wide choice. The room was clean and well presented. The chairs in the room were not comfortable to sit in but didn't use them much to be honest. The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to please. Ample parking for guests. Only draw back was that it was by a busy motorway. We would definitely consider booking next year for the hockey tour.
