« Good hotel »

We've stayed there for the weekend, the room was very clean and spacious. The ocean view is totally worth it. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of options. The wifi signal was not very good in our room, which was bad for us - cause we were working remotely.

I have the city of Fortaleza as one of my favorite domestic destinations for two reasons: the unique hospitality of the locals and the fruits of the sea delicacies always delicious. I did a quick hosting this hotel, visiting the city, this time to work. In the case of a higher qualification, I found disappointing. Check-in friendly, but still impractical in slow manual fill admission forms. Spacious apartments have worn offered by time and poorly maintained (dirty walls, visibly in need of painting); large bathroom with old towels, but clean as well as sanitized linens. When you open the curtain a glass door that divides the room with a balcony, is faced with a beautiful view of the city with its urban beach, BUT, to join the balcony, how much disappointment !! Comes the strong and unpleasant smell of a seafood market next to the hotel ... not enough just limiting this detail to a good stay at all meals (breakfast and dinner), had insistently flies flying over the table buffet and frequently landing on your plate ... needs to improve

« Nice view, but need a refresh!!! »

First I normally stay here for business travel. Two things are good in this hotel: 1. Good breakfast 2. You have a wonderful view of the Sea! Although the rooms it quite big. They need a refresh. The bed is very bad!!!

« Not good! »

When I booked this hotel it has 4 stars. I do not rated even as 2 stars. The hotel looked very tired, old. Rooms are not comfortable. Windos rattle with the wind and they do not close properly. It needs a full facelift. Do not recomend anybody top stay there. When booking it said free WiFi. There was none!!! Staff very friendly/

« Nice view, but not very good. »

I stayed at Golden Tulip Iate Plaza for 1 night only. This is not a beach front hotel and there's no access to the beach through the street around the corner - the city council raised a wall to avoid the ocean tide to destroy the buildings - this was a major down point to me as I wanted to have easy access to the beach walking path. The second thing I noticed was that there's no Wifi connection at the rooms only at the hotel lobby, which like everything in Fortaleza is boiling hot. On its general aspect, it felt like an old hotel or maybe something that's not well taken care of. The room was OK and the view was great. I found the bed 2 soft. It looked like a King Size bed, but in fact it was 2 beds put together. As soon as I entered my room I went to have a shower, then I realized there was no towells in my apartment, so I had to ring the reception and ask for them. It wasn't my best experience in Brazil, neither the worse, considering Fortaleza standards.
