« Great Hotel for the business traveller »

My room was standard on the 7th floor. Very well maintained and serviced. Any request for extra towels and so forth was provided with a smile. The room is modern but comes with tea set and anew coffee machine. The location is very good for walking and public transportation. The breakfast menu is favored to local Asian selection but still adequate for western taste.

« My 1st Choice Hotel in S’hai »

This one rocks! East meet West stylish hotel with heritage. Top location behind Old Post Museum and next to Landmark Centre. Walking distance to the Bund. Its rooms are spacious. I have been travelling across the globe and it is the 1st time for me to encounter a room with walk-in wardrobe for underneath € 100/ night. It’s almost perfect! Why not 5 stars rating: Becoz they serve the wrong tea in rooms. And they drainage from the toilet tap has an unpleasant odour. I have got the room for RMB 599, it's a good bargain 😉

« Comfortable and convenient »

Stayed 3 nights - lovely hotel and tasteful rooms. Very comfotable bed and all amenities provided. Free wifi. Reception staff ordered taxis but weren't exactly friendly! Metro station nearby and reasonable walk to the Bund. Would return.

« Very good, great location. »

I stayed one night. Great room, location, service. I ate at a nearby restaurant, so I can't speak for the food in the hotel. The room was very good, well decorated, modern and spotlessly clean. Good WiFi (with the usual Chinese firewall) and the room had a small kitchen and a coffee machine but there was no mini-bar.
