We stayed for three weeks in Cairo at our favorite hotel. This is the fifth stay. We were treated well by every one from the porter to the Hotel manager. It is a quite place feels like home. Many thanks to Samy and sherif the doormen. Our waiter Reda. And the best reception staff. The only thing that did not feel well is not offering upgrade for loyal customers such as me who is frequent guest who takes four rooms every visit for several weeks. The hotel management should initiate a locality program for frequent travelers . All and All we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place and give it 5 stars.

Spent 16 days here and the staff treated us like royalty. Cafe Jardin staff were very attentive, the room was kept spotless, and the Christmas decorations and buffet made us feel like we’re at home. I’d highly recommend this hotel to business travellers.

Me and my wife visited Cairo in Dec 17. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. My observations are as follows- Rooms: Quite comfortable, moderately spacious, all basic amenities available. Food: Amazing. You can try anything blindly and that will live up to your expectation. There is a cafe inside the hotel premises, that is also equally good. Location: Very near to Airport. But if you are planning to go to Giza/Egyptian Museum/Khan el khallili, it will be a bit far. Other services: This hotel has money exchange facilities, Tour packages, Taxis, complimentary shuttle bus for Airport etc. I personally feel hotel tour packages/taxi are a bit expensive (Ex: Taxi to and fro to GIZA will cost you 40$ from hotel whereas if you avail UBER you may get at 15$ for both ways). Overall: Recommend for solo and couple travellers. Thanks.
