I travelled alone to Dubai. This hotel has a great location if you arrive during the light hours. However, at night if is very hard to locate even for the drivers. You must go into Knowledge Village center to reach the hotel. The medical center that shares the lobby was a bit strange, but over the week I grew accustomed. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and help to book excursions. The Tram is right close by and the maps are easy to read. You can catch the Tram and transfer to the metro and go so many places from airport to Jumeriah area to Dubai Marina. Just remember that metro stops close after midnight. I met a friend and he came for me, driving, it was hard for him to find with the navigation. The hotel wifi, simply sucks. I had to stand in the closet to use. The room smelled heavily of mold smell and it permeated my clothes. If the hotel room didn't smell I'd stay again because of location and the staff alone were very pleasant, like 5 star hotel.

« One of The Worst Hotels »

Smelly room, unnecessary large room space, poorly described as it actually sits inside a complex and does not seem like a hotel. No access to public transport. Poor amenities. I paid a fair bit for this quality of hotel because we wanted to be there during new year.

« Great location »

Great location. It's located inside the knowledge village. You may face hard times trying to locate the hotel, if you used Google maps. Again, it's INSIDE the village.Very accessible, tram stop is only few meters away which can take you direct to Jumeirah area, and connect you to Metro as well. The hotel itself clean. I enjoyed my stay.

« Budget friendly hotel »

I have been to this hotel in December 2013, First we had to spend sometime until we figured out from where to access the hotel, as we have reached at night and the parking is underground and accessible from the backside of the building, after getting a special key from hotel reception to open the gate, I have booked 2 connected rooms since we're a family with 2 kids and a babysitter, rooms were spacious, hotel offers limited services but staff were trying their best to make our stay more comfortable, I have used the gym, and played billiards with my son there too. It's not a luxury hotel, but for the location and the price, I'd recommend it for families.
