ARE THE DATES SELECTED FOR MY STAY AVAILABLE?
When you select a destination by using the quick reservation tool or search options, all the hotels from the chosen destination appear. When the hotel offers a rate, you can reserve it by clicking on the ‘Select this hotel’ button. When the hotel is not available at the requested dates, you have the possibility to click on ‘Check availability’ to verify the dates available through the user-friendly calendar, which then allows you to choose new dates for your stay.
When you select a specific hotel and then enter your dates in the reservation tool, the availability appears directly. If the hotel is not available, you have the possibility to select new dates for your stay through the user-friendly calendar.
DO I NEED MY CREDIT CARD TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Your credit card details are necessary to validate your reservation over the Internet.
Our secure reservation system allows you to safely transfer those details.
The displayed amount will be charged at the end of your stay.
Some reservations may require a down payment (please refer to rates requirements) for the entirety or part of your stay.
For a reservation of the Prepay & Save rate, your credit card will be charged following the validation of your booking, as this rate offers you a discount on the Best Available Rate!
If you do not wish to transmit your credit card details over the Internet to guarantee your reservation, you may directly contact the hotel or the voice reservation office of your country.
HOW MANY ROOMS MAY I RESERVE?
Golden Tulip’s websites allow you to reserve up to 4 rooms per request.
For a group reservation (more than 4 rooms), you can directly contact the hotel or our service dedicated to group reservations.
WHEN IS MY RESERVATION CONFIRMED?
When you carry out an online reservation, you receive an immediate confirmation, as well as a confirmation by email.
If the reminder button is ticked in the reservation form, you will receive, before your arrival, an email containing useful information for the planning of your stay.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A MEETING?
In order to facilitate the organization of meetings, Golden Tulip has created a dedicated section in the website. You can also send your requests to our group reservation offices.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
You may cancel your reservation as long as you respect the cancellation policy specific to the reserved rate.
During your reservation, a confirmation number was displayed and was also sent to you by email. This number and your email address allow you to cancel your reservation.

The time requirements to cancel a reservation are specified in the cancellation policies of each rate. They vary by hotel and by rate.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT CANCEL MY RESERVATION WITHIN THE TIME REQUIREMENTS?
If you are not able to cancel the reservation before the end date specified in the hotel’s cancellation policy (available on the rate webpage or in your confirmation email), certain hotels will charge you the specified rate for one or more nights, as a cancellation fee.

CAN I RESERVE A NEGOTIATED RATE OVER INTERNET?
The companies which have signed a contract with Golden Tulip, are able to reserve a room online, in a secure environment, at their negotiated rate.
Every company benefiting from a negotiated rate and that wishes to make reservations online 24/7, can receive upon request to his Sales contact or to firstname.lastname@example.org, a username and a password.
HOW CAN I RESERVE A NEGOTIATED RATE?
To reserve a negotiated rate, all you need to do is to register your username and password in the ‘Corporate rate access’ section.
Follow the reservation procedure and once you have selected a hotel with a beneficial negotiated rate, your rate will appear with the other hotel rates. If your rate is not available, you have the possibility to select another hotel rate or another Golden Tulip hotel.
