Frequent Flyer Miles are awarded on Rack, Corporate, Preferred, Book & Stay as well as Prepaid & Save rates through all channels of distribution with the exception of: traditional wholesale rates booked through the Internet or through tour operators, Airline employee and/or Travel agency employee rates, coupons & vouchers, prepaid rates, group rates, bookings on 3rd party Internet sites, package rates and long stay rates unless otherwise advertised.
Number of Miles
Miles are awarded per stay, not per night depending on the hotel brand and airline partner. For a list of miles per stay, please refer to the above table.
Who receives Miles
Miles are awarded to eligible stays to the Frequent Flyer member listed on the invoice of the room he or she has occupied. Miles can not be awarded for rooms not occupied by the Frequent Flyer member.
Missing Frequent Flyer Miles
Your stay has not been awarded with Frequent Flyer miles. Please send a request for missing miles to firstname.lastname@example.org providing the following information:
- Frequent Flyer number
- Name as on Frequent Flyer account
- Complete hotel invoice
Note: A hotel reservation will not be considered as a proof of stay.
All retro-claims need to be requested no later than 6 months after departure date.
Your retro-claim request can be managed only if you provide the above information.
Retro-claims need to be reported to the airline within 6 months of the departure date.This is a requirement of the airlines and thus outside of our control. All eligible stays are reported to the airline at the end of the month. Therefore the delay in request and reporting to the airline need to be considered within the 6-month timeframe.
Frequent Flyer mile credit timeframe
At the end of the month all hotels approved Frequent Flyer Miles claims are reported to the airline. It can therefore take 30 to 60 days for the miles to be transferred to your airline account. The credit made by the airline is placed in your account in the month of your stay with us and not in the month the credit took place. You therefore need to review your Frequent Flyer miles account accordingly. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact the airline of your preferred Frequent Flyer Program as we do not have access to their systems.
