« Good Hotel but closing down from Feb 15th 2017. »

It was an excellent choice in the Ghusais area. But unfortunately its closing down due to operational reasons from Feb mid 2017. I stayed here on Jan 2017 for 3 days and would say it was very good. No swimming pools and all. But a normal and decent accommodation.

« Decent place »

It has basic amenities. Apartment was quiet big and neat. However the kitchen had bare minimum stuffs. One fridge, microwave, few spoons, 2 cups and 2 vessels. We stayed there for 5 days so we found it difficult to manage with these stuffs that we finally purchased few items from the nearby store. Location of the hotel is good and staff was also good.

« Good »

Good , quite location. Walking distance to many Indian restaurants. Friendly staff. Shower needs little renovation. Can get a cab easily to city. Reasonable rate for a two bedroom, living room, two bathroom apartment.

« It's time to renovate »

I continuously stay in this hotel apartment since 5 years. Now the hardware quality is getting poor every year. This time the shower room door was broken, shower tube was broken too, the hair dryer was broken, cockroaches were found in kitchen, bedroom, and living room. Service quality was OK. I had 2 continue bookings. For the first check-out, I requested credit card payment in AED and I got it. For the 2nd check-out, I still requested the same and the receptionist confirmed to me several times that he also did so, even though I received a credit card receipt in my local currency. Finally I found it's wrong after receiving the credit card bill. Now I am having a headache for my trip expensive report to my company. This shows the lack of professionalism and sincerity of providing a solution to guests.

« Far away from the main business hub »

Overall experience was good but the location is far away from the main city and close to Sharjah so if you are on an official visit this place is not a good catch. Price wise it's bit expensive also with no option of breakfast and you can think of ordering eatables from the hotel kitchen. Staff was very helpful and accommodating in all the possible manners.
