« Terrible customer service »

I booked a room for two several in mid-June back almost a year (July 2016) in advance. Five days before I was to check in, I received an email informing me my credit card was not valid and my reservation had been cancelled. No attempt to contact or explain. I tried contacting them to find out the problem. No response. I tried rebooking with another card. No rooms. These people don't deserve any business,

« Disappointed »

Spent one night at the hotel, thankfully! Big earthworks going on right next door and boy do they start early, the room and hotel itself is quite dated and most likely suited to the travelling businessman. The hotel has parking at the rear for an €8 fee which I think is rather cheeky. Front desk staff were nice and polite.

Perfect Hotel to stay. Walking distance to the City Center. Hotel is quit and calm but close to Bars and Restaurants. The Hotel bar is nice with an outstanding Service, except on Sundays - Bar is closed! This time we had the room 320 - big one with a huge bathroom. Next time I'll try to get this room again.

« God location and fine service »

Our family spent one night at this hotel. Check in was fast without any problems. The room was nice and spacy and was well cleaned. There was a small minibar. The temperature in was à little high. The beds was comfortable and big. The straff was kind and service minded. The breakfast was ordinary but could have been better. Fast check out

« Expensive and a bit rubbish! »

I paid a fortune for a room with no ac, two single beds pushed together and a bathroom so dimly lit I struggled to see! The room was cold appearing with wooden floors, no rugs and big metal windows. It reminded me more of a cell rather than a hotel room. WiFi was terrible everywhere in the hotel, really bad signal. How difficult is it to get WiFi working properly?! Breakfast was OK and I ate in the almost empty restaurant the first night which was OK too. You have to pay for parking! I really wouldn't want to stay here again, certainly not for 220 euro a night!
