Golden Tulip Zevenbergen, un hotel de 4 estrellas en Zevenbergen

Vista Exterior

Just a short walk from the city centre of Zevenbergen, the Golden Tulip has a position to suit both business and leisure travellers, and enjoys the benefits of being close to the Moerdijk business park and the shopping and activities offered by the nearby cities Antwerp and Breda. There are 75 4 star rooms at the Golden Tulip Zevenbergen and a restaurant called De 7Bergsche Hoeve, which is located in a beautiful farmhouse. Amenities sure to appeal to guests include free Wi-Fi and a fitness centre.

The 75 rooms and suites are all equipped with free Wi-Fi access, climate control, flat screen TVs, desks and safes. The room types range from Superior to Executive Suites, so there should be something to suit every type and length of stay from fleeting stop-overs to longer business trips. The Executive Suites have Jacuzzis and a separate living room, so they're great for a guest who might like a few luxuries in their 4 star hotel room.

The farmhouse restaurant, De 7Bergsche Hoeve, serves delicious meals with a French influence. If you're feeling guilty over a little over indulgence however, you can head for a workout in the fitness centre. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the whole hotel including in the meeting rooms, and there are plenty of onsite parking spaces for guests to use, too.

You can walk to the city centre of Zevenbergen from your 4 star hotel room in a matter of minutes and the Moerdijk business park is less than a kilometre away. Also in the immediate area is the National Park de Biesbosch, a lovely scenic place to hike or cycle around. The ancient cities of Willemstad and Bergen op Zoom are nearby, and the shopping of Breda and Antwerp is within a short drive.

« Clean and comfortable, and close to Keukenhof park »

We stayed here as part of a 4 night Leger holiday. Ideally located for accessing The Hague, Delft, Amsterdam and Keukenhof gardens. The rooms are very clean, and all the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful.Breakfast was well coordinated and the selection of hot and cold buffet food was most acceptable. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the village, which is not ideal if you have a mobility issues. This limited our options for evening meals. There is a restaurant opposite, but the quality of food and drink for the price paid was not good value for money e.g.they charge 2.65 Euros for a small glass of water. They state that they do not provide tap water, but the drink does not come with the bottle it was supposed to come out of still visible- disappointing! Had our main meal at lunch time after that away from the hotel, and had a snack which we brought into our room at night. The bath is very high to climb into - alright if you are very tall, but not for a small elderly lady or gentleman, and the floor of the bath offers no non-slip surface. The position and size of the rail is not sufficient to help you to access the bath or shower over I do not feel the bathroom sufficiently caters for any physically disabled nor elderly visitors. Its current facilities would suit more of a visitor on business.

« Great stay »

We stayed here as part of a Leger tour and really enjoyed it. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but had everything we needed onsite. Good bar and breakfast area, and a great restaurant in the same complex. Friendly service and nice touches such as a reasonably-priced vending machine for drinks and snacks. Recommended.

« Coach trip to kukenhauf gardens »

Had 3 nights here as part of our tour. The rooms were excellent, quietest hotel I've stayed in. The restaurant was very nice, asked for gluten and lactose/dairy free meals, amazing food, was spoilt don't get such brilliant meals in Uk with such little fuss. The breakfast area in hotel was good, choice again excellent and dietary needs catered for with a smile.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst on a coach tour. We found the staff friendly, had a good clean room with comfortable bed. Food was very good in the restaurant and we were asked if we required more.

« Very friendly »

A four star hotel close to the town centre. The hotel has a tulip themed lounge when you enter the reception area. Nicely set out rooms with tea and coffee facilities. A good size car park. A restaurant is opposite the hotels car park. Our room was nice and quiet and you don’t hear people walking around outside in the corridor. There is a small gym available too. Breakfast is served in a room to the side of the bar/ lounge, there is plenty to choose from, cereals, ham and cheeses as well as scrambled eggs, bacon and chipolata sausages. Different types of bread, croissants etc. The bar is open until midnight.
