Golden tulip jineng .... very strategic location in my opinion. Close to where. Mall bali galeria .... krisna .... carefour ... siloam hospital ... being on sunset road .... swimming pool too much chlorine her .... overall service satisfying ... standard breakfast menu No privileges. But when I rent a room 4 rooms and one of the rooms leaked directly replaced by other rooms by the manager.

great. Nice room, clean and friendly staff. Yoga teacher is good and free. Will be back on the next trip. Good price with 5 * service. I am really happy because here is the last day of my stay, and I enjoy it completely

i invited by mr. Vicky to try ramadhan package, just 88k nett for all you can eat...the taste is good, staff very welcome, and the price is reasonable...btw i ❤ the shrimp dish ( forget the name )

Case starts when we extend our stay in this hotel, and informed we got the room. Then when we confirm to reservation said full, the room not available. At that moment , we are forced to check out from the room while they offer us smaller room and lower type room from our current room. We reject the offer, and we talked the deal with the hotel manager named Gatot, to wait until 5PM, hope before 5PM got room available for us. So, while waiting until 5PM, our belonging placed in the small room they offered, with agreement they are not allowed to discharge our belonging till 5PM while waiting available same type room or above our room type. Or, honest said were, wait untill we got back to hotel. But before we got back to hotel, our belongings evicted from the room, they put it all in the luggage and bag improperly (note : the luggage and bag not closed ). And the "small room" already occupied with other guest! So its logic for us to be angry about this inconvenience. They didjt ask for our permission to do such things. The ugliest from this case was, the manager named Gatot , off responsibility and vent his anger back to guest, even we already agreed to pay the room, but not long after changed decision and Drive us away. The management (include the manager, Gatot) not a words saying apologize, he even turn aways ignoring our talks. And he threat us saying they have police acquaintance to back them up. Whats the connection with police anyway? End notes, is this how you treat your guest? Is this man worthy to be called "MANAGER"? You are working in hospitality area. Where service and manners the most important, especially in hotel management where people rest, relax and have great feeling.

« A good start to our holiday »

We stayed here for three nights at the beginning of our Bali holiday. Having arrived at night after a long flight, we were pleased that the hotel was only about 10 minutes from the airport. The staff are a delight, nothing is too much trouble and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet is varied so there should be something to suit everyone. One negative is that the walls between the rooms are poorly soundproofed so it can be a bit noisy depending on your neighbours and every room has a loud door bell and we heard these constantly through the night from other rooms which disturbed our sleep. We would stay here again
