« Hospitality and Comfort »

Receptionist of the hotel (during late checked-in) is very accommodating and professional. He always smile and give me details about Taif since it's my first time. Check-in procedure is smooth and hassle-free. Majlis Restaurant - appetizing, cultural design and well-prepared selection of Arabic foods. You can enjoy and sit outside too and watch some sports in Television. Well-ventilated and organized. The best thing about this hotel is the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The bed is too soft as well as the pillows - I slept really good and the design and decoration of the room has Arabic touch and it is like introducing Taif to all the guests (in this hotel). Aside from I have noise from ventilation (WC) - does not affect much my sleep though, but I think Management need to do something to fix that noise. I will definitely comeback to this hotel. One night stay is not enough to experience the hospitality and explore the beautiful place of Taif. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

« Pleasant stay »

We had gone during the eid season hence rates were higher... around 450 per night. Its a small inn with friendly staff. Its quite centrally located. Thus good for families. Everythin u need will b closeby. Shawerma, juices, grocery, supermarket, mobile shop, laundry, restaurants even a gold gym right next to it. Had a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff were good. Reasonably clean. I found an old feeder with juice under d bed. U might want to choose the side away from d busy road if u want to avoid noise. Parkin was a little difficult owin to d narrow lanes n traffic at peak hours. Extra blankets were already provided. N we requested for a cot for d baby. Which came wid a broken wheel. I liked that they had at least one indian channel to view. Over all. Good for a short stay.. quite convinient.
