« Uitstekende locatie voor business klienteel. »

Ruime mooie kamers prettig ingericht . Zeer hulpvaardig en vriendelijk personeel. Prachtig ontbijt en gevarieerde keuken voor maaltijden. Volledig veilig verblijf met dubbele controle van voertuigen en bezoekers. Een klein minpunt is het trage internet.

« absolutely recommendable business hotel »

I traveled with colleagues for business last February and we stayed for 2 weeks in Royal Tulip. The check in was tedious. But I must have been tired from the trip from Japan. The checkout took an eternity to conclude. The good: modern design, clean, well-maintained, and has great hospitality from staff. The restaurant was comfortable and cozy. It was easy to request anything from housekeeping. I really appreciate the usb ports on the wall by the head of the bed, which i liberally used for charging my devices. And of course the bottles of mineral water replenished every day. Ann from the front desk was especially friendly and helpful (Keep her. She deserves a bonus or raise!) The ok: food was not very tasty, i'm sorry. the breakfast buffet never changed but it was a great selection. conference room AV equipment need to be updated. The bad: getting coffee or tea during breakfast always took forever; the wifi sucked in my side of the building; and the standard for daily room cleaning was erratic-- sometimes it's perfect, sometimes it seemed like it wasn't cleaned at all except for fresh towels and mineral water brought in; and the access to the pool was not the most convenient - the idea of passing through the restaurant and reception in dripping swim wear was unthinkable. Point: make sure to make full use of the gym, steam room and sauna. So good after a hard day's work. Question: why didn't i have any welcome snacks/fruits when i checked in?

« For best business and date lunch in Nairobi »

A nice business hotel in the quiet Hurlingham area away from the busy chaotic Nairobi city. Awesome for dates too and meetings. This is the place to be. Best interiors to set mood ahead to the perfect meal.

« Good security »

This is my second visit to this hotel & I am impressed about their attention to security. You are scanned and your bags checked each & every time you approach the reception. In addition, the hotel is also very clean!
