GOLDEN TULIP NEEMRANA
Our customers' reviews of hotel Grand Hira Resorts
I have visited grand hira with my family during weekend of 2nd October. This is very nicely maintained resort with swimming pool. Resort is surrounded by lush green garden. Rooms are nicely maintained. Food at rajwada restaurant is very yummy and has a lot of options. In the evening they arranged for DJ and Rajasthani folk dance, which were entertaining. Overall very enjoyable trip.
We were 4 family members who wanted escape from city hustle.. and this resort indeed was successful in doing so.. on arriving there one of our room was upgraded to executive class without charges.. which was one pleasant surprise.. we had all our meals booked.. though there are many options nearby.. food was tasty.. the only suggestion is to upgrade the menu.. no justification to non veg.. there’s just one dish in both lunch and dinner... rooms were clean.. with complete state of art facilities.. they even have spa.. but we didn’t have much time.. but the packages were appealing.. there’s nothing around it so.. be full prepared to enjoi with people u r going with.. the other issue I had was with wifi.. it was bad.. gave up on connecting it.. prompt room service and housekeeping.. a glass of milk for child would cost u around 115 plus taxes.. which I found insanely expensive.. overall nice experience.. still scope to improve..
We were a group of 10 couples and stayed here in the 2nd week of September for two nights. It's a decent hotel, well maintained, nicely landscaped with big lawns with decent sized swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and well done up, neat and clean. The food both in the breakfast and dinner buffett was really amazing. The hotel had arranged a private party with DJ for us and the appetizers ordered from the menu were really finger licking. Special thanks to Mr.Dattar Singh for making our stay enjoyable and memorable and making it live upto our expectations. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all travellers and also urge the hotel management not to let down the service standards as experienced by us.
It’s very nice and well maintained property located approx. 130 km from Delhi which may take around 2.5 hours to reach. You will be welcomed with smiling face and chilled welcome dink on arrival. Rooms are well maintained with fresh fragrance and spotless linen. They have indoor games located at 2nd floor which includes Billiards, Table Tennis and Foos ball etc. Staff is courtageous and room service is top notch. They have their own restaurant with the name of Rajwada where you get all kind of foods. In dinner buffet they have less option of food but they have huge varieties in buffet Breakfast. Food quality is good but ala carte rates are on higher side. On the other hand there is Bikanerwala where you can relish hygienic veg food. As they are within hotel premises but they won’t serve you in Rooms (that’s bad point). Swimming pool is nice with 2 separate kiddies’ pool and fully operational gym for work out sessions. They have well maintained lush green lawns for evening walk or just to relax. Overall its very nice option if you are looking for quick short break from your city…
