« All Amidst Nature »

It was a great stay at The Royal Tulip ,Kufri..perfect place to unwind and relax.Good food, great hospitality and caring staff ,along with the abundance of nature all around makes it a perfect place to rejuvenate oneself. But there are certain points that needs to be taken care of so that a 5-star hotel like this can attain a bit more perfection.First, as the hotel is situated quite far away from main Shimla, there must be a complimentary drop and pick-up service at fixed timings from the hotel to Shimla proper, otherwise it becomes either too costly or inconvenient for the guests to come to the main town. It is not desirable for people staying at a star category hotel like this to board local buses in order to come to town. Secondly, the hotel should arrange for adequate signboards and advertisements on the way to Kufri so that locating the hotel is not a tough job even in the absence of daylight. Thirdly, The Fun World situated at Kufri itself, though a popular tourist attraction, is quite dangerous to access because of the horses and yaks which are beyond the capabilities of the tourist riders to control and it is also equally difficult to walk up the muddy pathway. So , if the hotel can afford to arrange for some conveyance so that their boarders can have an easy access to that scenic spot is recommended.

Great place to visit in shimla as view was amazing and weather is unexpected. All were very kind starting from the main porch, Hotel will touch the stars as it is going in initial stage. Destination marriage and movie shooting can be suggested.

« Hotel with Royal Treatment »

Royal treatment is what we can tell about this! The moment we checked in and till check out the service was superb. The location can be not so great if you are thinking to roam around as it is on highway itself. But view of valley and lush green trees from rooms and the rooftop is just simply awesome. This is one place you should go relax and enjoy the natural beauty away from 'over'crowded Shimla .

« This hotel brings me back to relax and rejuvenate... »

Stayed here for 3 days & my second visit to this hotel... this is the place to relax after all the bustle of Delhi. It's a lot cooler up here and everyone seems a lot calmer. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay really enjoyable. The hotels location is mesmerizing and overlooks the Himalayan ranges. The rooms are good size with private balconies & the usual amenities, comfortable and well laid out. Our room had a balcony with cozy furniture to sit and relax and enjoy the fabulous views, we were warned to keep the doors shut as they have a monkey problem invading the rooms. The food was quite good and plenty of choice. It takes about 20 minutes to reach into the bazaars as it's all uphill but much better coming back. I definitely recommend this hotel.

« Beautiful hotel, Beautiful people »

our stay in this hotel was such an amazing experience. Firstly the warm welcome by Mr. vinod at the front desk and check in done by Ms Ankita was done so nicely, she informed us about the hotel, room and the amenities very nicely. We were all the time assisted by Mr. Mehar where ever we wanted to go in the property. This is a luxury property which is being offered at low prices. The hotel staff is very well behaved and polite. Mr. Rajinder in the restaurant was also very kind to us and he specially made few dishes for us in the breakfast. overall this hotel is a must visit. the view from the rooms is also breathtaking.
