« Good Experience. »

Although a little far from the town, but the fact that they have a private beach makes it good enough for me. It’s clean, much cleaner than the beach sides around other hotels I’ve been to in Coxs Bazaar. A little expensive but kind of worth it. The best part is the swimming pool!

This was a terrific experience at this five star hotel. Customer Service is their forte. Smiles and friendly kind staff is their wealth. My waiters Ismail and Mahmudur and all of the wait staff were without rivals in their service. The rooms were fantastic. The housekeeping staff were on top of everything. The food was truly amazing. I was sent here for 30 days on a humanitarian aid mission to the Rohingya refugees and this was the last place that had available rooms. If I ever want a vacation across the street from an ocean I will put up with the bad traffic messy Bangladesh streets and make my way to this oasis off the beaten path to enjoy the many comforts they offer.

This hotel is far away from the main crowd of Cox’s Bazar. You can enjoy the beautiful beach just in front of the hotel which is secured. Sea view rooms have good view of the beach. The complementary breakfast is good. Other meals are also good at this hotel. The only downside of this hotel would be there is no other option for food nearby the hotel except inside the hotel itself. The cost is also on the higher side.
