« Same as before although .. »
Almost everything is in it's normal level although most of the other hotels in Juba lost a lot of its standard service.
All staff were very helpful and their manager Mr. Tony was as usual a great support and help from the beginning.
It is one of the safe hotels in Juba as well.

« Hands-down best place in Juba »
Used to live in Juba and would occasionally spend nights at the hotel. Best rooms in Juba: Modern, tastefully decorated, comfortable and very clean. Excellent food: International fare with a delicious Lebanese twist. Tip: Order the garlic sauce as a side for everything. Great cocktails: Solid classics plus fun others including Moscow mules, mojitos, dawas, and DoDos. Tip: Do a sundowner on the roof deck. Best view in town, but looks out over some high security areas so best not to take photos.

« Wonderful stay! »
I spent 3 weeks here in June. Booking by phone from Swiss was very easy. Staff of this hotel is a real gem, from front desk to restaurant to cleaning staff. Management is excellent. Level of cleanliness is outstanding. I will never forget how the team took good care of my needs when I fell sick. This hotel was my sanctuary during a hectic work mission. I enjoyed healthy, clean food, dipped in the pool for aquafitness, and slept very well in the clean and quiet rooms.
Thanks to everyone! Keep it up..

« Reliable and secure. Short drive to airport and ministries. »
Good security and clean, functioning rooms. These are tough times in Juba and the staff are doing a fine job keeping things going. Restaurant menu is a bit limited, but not surprising under current circumstances. WiFi was good enough for email.
