« Really lovely hotel in Achrafieh area »
Only stayed one week for business, but it's a very nice, friendly hotel not too far from restaurants and shops. It's still a bit of a walk to the trendy areas, but uber is quite common and inexpensive. Prices seemed quite reasonable to me. There's an outdoor pool which I didn't use (too cold), a tiny fitness center (I think two treadmills and some barbells), a sauna and a steam room (which I couldn't get to work). I had the breakfast included package which is a typical buffet type spread, but you can order eggs if you have time.

« smart and quiet »
Service was good, the room modern and clean, very quiet. Lights in the room were too bright and difficult to adjust, one techy light panel was illuminated in blue which being blue ist the worst possible colour as it is stimulating and made it impossible to sleep as it was so bright, so I had to switch it off. Breakfast included local dishes which were nice, it also started early which was ideal as I had to go on early tours. Free mineral water was provided daily. Between the hotel and the sea are lots of good neighbourhood restaurants.

Amazing rooms for this price . I couldn’t believe it until I reach and stayed at the hotel .
Rooms are all clean but one day the forget to do our beds but I thinks that’s nothing you can call and they will do it .
Breakfast is so quiet and relaxing with a nice view .

I was so excited to visit Lebanon, I had a workshop for few days and we staid in Royal Tulip Achrafieh. My stay was wonderful. Hotel has a great central location, close to down town, church, walking distance to ABC mall. Room is very modern, comfortable, full of light and decorated with beautiful pictures of Merlin Monroe. Bathroom is big and water pressure is very good. Definitely highly reccomended place to stay.
