We stayed here 11th to 14th of November my husband & myself. First impressions were very nice !! Lovely modern clean hotel !! Staff were very helpful friendly at reception ! Room was large, bed not the best for comfort but to be fair we are fussy. Bathroom great , good shower, heater we used for drying items that got wet in rain & good hairdryer. All toiletries & clean towels. Tea coffee in room & small fridge. Safe in the room & adequate wardrobe space. Breakfast good lots of choice & plenty available. Hotel has brilliant cocktail bar & high end cocktails at very cheap prices. Staff here are also lovely & helpful. Hotel is in the Jewish quarter which is nice lots of restaurants bars in close proximity & approx 15 min walk to main square if your walking normal pace. If your less fit maybe best to stay in main Kraków area but anyone who is reasonably mobile will enjoy the walk !! It is literally a straight walk to centre & a nice walk lots to see. If less mobile you can get tram/ taxi but we never did even in the rain. Kraków is beautiful with lots to see & you will enjoy this holiday !! Thank you to the staff here we enjoyed ourselves 😊

« Warm, welcoming, modern and quiet hotel in the heart of the Jewish area »

We visited this hotel for four nights with a group from our school 30.10 till 3.11 and we were 43 people in total. Taking that into consideration everything went really smoothly and the service was high class. We didn't have to hassle with giving the passports for them to copy nor did we have any mislocated people in a room in which they should not be located in. The fact that the reception people were dealing with us (as we came in to the hotel, each at our own time which suited our schedule) they had time to answer and get answers to my questions regarding early breakfast, conference rooms etc as soon as they could. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow as it is located only 1,5km away from all the sightseings you need to see pretty much during your stay in Krakow. They have 24/7 security inside the hotel and they have locked gates during night which gives you a comfort to sleep. Also the beds were really comfortable in this hotel and the rooms were spacious. Not to mention that this hotel has also a parking garage underneath the hotel which most of the hotels don't have in Krakow.

We stayed here for 2 nights along with a group of more than forty people. The room was small but very clean and we did enjoy our stay here. Our check in to the hotel was quick as the staff at the reception seemed to be very efficient. They were very courteous too and helped us to get around the nearby places of interest. Complimentary water was provided in the rooms everyday. Good breakfast was available during the stay here. The area close by to the hotel consists of old buildings, churches and synagogues which are mostly Jewish. Will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

« WOW !!!! »

We stayed here for for nights from the 07/11/2017 until 11/11/2017. From start to finish our stay was wonderful. The staff at the reception were polite and courteous at all times to us with a lovely greeting on arrival. We stayed in room 104 looking over a small courtyard at the side of the hotel. The room was beautiful and clean , clean towels every day and tea/ coffee and complimentary water was provided each day for us. Breakfast well where do I start, plenty of choice from cooked breakfast to continental to cereal with lovely polite staff on hand . Reception staff were wonderful , helped us to book our tours to Auschwitz and the salt mines arranged early morning wake up calls and our taxi back to the airport. Even going out of their way to provide us with extra pillows when we asked, the porter even brought them up to our room for us.We decided to stay here for our 30th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed one bit .Close to the Jewish area with lots of old beautiful buildings churches and synagogues and a 20 minute walk to the main square. Thank you everyone for making our anniversary so memorable ,we will be definitely be recommending you to our friends xxx

« wonderful, warm friendly, modern hotel situated in the atmospheric Jewish area »

I caught the train to Krakow from Krakow airport for the princely sum of 14 zlotys about £3 English pounds.Got off the train after about 30 mins travel at RYNEK GLOWNY station/shopping arcade and crossed the road to the number 10 tram (direction Stradom) and for 2.8 zoltys about £0.61 English pounds arrived after 3 stops at The Golden Tulip Kazimierz.I was treated and greeted by a very friendly member of reception staff and checked in.I went up in the lift to my 2nd floor room.A delight it was too.Aircon, safe, fridge, tea coffee, television and free mineral water.Decor was modern and my room airy.Breakfast was sumtious, tea, coffee, fruit juice, toast, eggs, bacon, sausages, cheeses, hams, fruit I could go on but too much to mention.I dined in the hotel my first night and had Polish soup served in an hollowed out loaf -Very filling and tasty. My soup was followed by pierogi Polish filled dumplings and a large beer to accompany the food all for less than £10English pounds. The hotel is situated about 200 meters from Szerka street which leads to a delightful square containing many restaurants including Ariel with live Jewish music(25 zloty surcharge about £5.50 English pounds)The square contains three synagogues and Jewish graveyards and was where Shindler,s list was allegedly filmed. The hotel is also next to Corpus Christi church magnificient interior. You can walk to Wawel castle too in 10 minutes and the main square in 20 minutes(you go past Wawel castle on the way).Above all what makes this hotel special is the magnificient warm, friendly, very efficient staff.Everyone but everyone greets you when they see you.Great hotel, great staff.I shall return.
