The room was clean with comfortable beds and a view over a little playground and an old church. A relativly small bathroom with shower and nice towels. We åker for extra pillows in the reception but never got any. The breakfast was plentiful with bott local and international items. Perfectly situated with less than 15 minutes walk to everything. Well worth the money.

A really good Hotel located in Kazimierz. Great hotel staff, room was really clean and the beds very comfy. The breakfast was fantastic and an extra shoutout to the very friendly staff in the restaurant at the breakfast, always with a big smile. Very friendly staff, great English speaking even if I spoke Polish with them. Great location as well, you could just walk to either Podgórze or Stare Miasto by walk.

I stayed at this Hotel for three nights as part of an organised group to visit the Christmas Markets. The Hotel is very modern inside and there is a restaurant, bar and lobby on the ground floor. The staff were very helpful. It is located near the Jewish quarter and there are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel. There is a restaurant on site which does very good food but the night we ate there, there was clearly a staffing issue with only one waiter. He did advise that as they were busy (about 20 covers that I could see) that the meal would take some time. It took well over an hour for just the starter. Some guests were going out and getting takeaways and eating them in the Reception area. I sampled many of the cocktails in the bar and Tomasz was a great barman. He even made "new" cocktails for me to try. The Hotel should work hard to keep him. I was sharing a twin room with a friend and it was large, had tea making facilities and had two armchairs, something that seems to be lacking in most hotel rooms. The beds were singles as you would expect but they did seem to be quite narrow.
