Great hotel very clean in a nice location a 20 min slow walk to the main square, lots of restaurants close by. Breakfast was good, polite staff who are willing to offer advice on trips and the local area :)

« Very accomodating »

We stayed three nights with a tour group and everything worked well. Location is excellent to tour Jewish Krakow. The lobby and bar were almost always busy and active in the evenings. Room was fine though it didn't have much convenient space into which to unpack. Mattress was okay, though it felt as if it was covered by a plastic under the sheet. I didn't check. There were plenty of convenient outlets in which to charge our electronics, a must these days. Wifi was good. Our group had some special requirements and tthe hotel came through beautifully. We were happy there.

Good part - Rooms and Lucasz at the Bar and Location Bad . Really Bad - FOOD . Attitude of Restaurant Staff and overall staff . Housekeeping(They stole my Bose Speakers) . Only go here to stay and do not please eat here. Also make sure you do not leave anything in the room unlocked.

« Brilliant hotel - Stay here! »

I cannot fault our stay here at all. We arrived early and the staff were very friendly, showing us on a map where we were and where we should try things. We were able to leave our bags and we headed off on an adventure. We arrived back a few hours later and checked in...the room was gorgeous! It was extremely clean, it's spacious and there was free complimentary water (which we needed!) There was no iron in the room so we asked for one at reception and they brought one up within 5 minutes (no charge) we also asked for extra tea and milk during our stay and they were more than happy to provide it. Each day there were fresh complimentary biscuits at reception, they were delicious! Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from, always hot and fresh. There is also a seating area outside in the sun with a gorgeous view. Not only was the hotel fantastic, it was the perfect location in my opinion. We were within a couple of minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and cafés (all extremely cheap!) Turn right and its a 15 minute walk up to the main square and you pass Wawel Castle on route. Turn left and it's about 10 minutes to the river which is stunning. We walked everywhere on this trip, no need to get a tram at all. We just got transport to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine. I was worried that we were going to be in the middle of nowhere but it was spot on. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. The pictures attached are the view from the hotel.
