« Alles gut »

« really a surprise »

I booked this hotel 3 nights before the last day of the year... I had problem with my credit card to confirm the reservation... I arrived 5 hours late from Malpensa airport But they didnt have any problem to let me find the room, confortable and warm. THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT.. The girls at the reception desk, friendly, kind and helpful. They made the difference between some other more expensive hotels Very good breakfast
