This room measures 91 square meters and is able to accommodate up to 110 people when seated auditorium style. It is one of the halls with its entrance in the event foyer, directly across from the private entrance exclusively for event guests.
Rectangular shaped, this room is located close to the hotel’s second entrance, facilitating guest arrival. It includes an area of approximately 93 square meters and has the capacity to hold 80 people when seated auditorium style.
With the capacity to accommodate up to 600 people when seated auditorium style, this is the biggest event hall at the hotel and includes a ceiling height of 4.10 meters. This is the ideal setting for holding seminars, conferences, parties and other social events that require large projections or more space.
This hall can hold up to 400 people when seated auditorium style, has an area of 319 square meters and a ceiling height of 4.10 meters. It also includes a secondary room of 200.5 square meters that can be used in conjunction to accommodate up to 650 people or as an event support room. Important: Gávea Halls A and B can be connected through their secondary rooms, accommodating up to 2000 people seated in auditorium style.
This hall can accommodate up to 140 people when seated in auditorium style, has an area of 200 square meters and is set apart from the other event halls, although it is closest to the Aquarela restaurant. Its ceiling height is 3.00 meters and is closest to the hotel’s main reception.
Quartzo A: With an area of 270 square meters and the capacity to hold up to 300 people seated auditorium style, this is the biggest hall in the events atrium. It can be connected with Quartzo B hall, adding up to a total area of 367 square meters and with the capacity for up to 450 people.
Rubi and Safira: These are two small rooms ideal for small trainings and meetings. Their being located away from the events area provides more privacy for these rooms. They have an area of approximately 20 square meters and can accommodate up to 20 people when seated auditorium style. Both are modular rooms, and can be interconnected; together they hold up to 40 people.
Both event halls measure 80 square meters with a ceiling height of 4.10 meters. Each rectangular room can accommodate 100 people when seated auditorium style and can be connected to each other, forming one hall with the capacity to hold up to 200 people.
