The Royal Tulip Almaty has 4 conference rooms with state of the art facilities. There are three boardrooms all of a similar size that can accommodate 60 people seated. There is the option to combine two boardrooms for a bigger meeting or conference. For grand events such as weddings and banquets, our magnificent ballroom and foyer can accommodate 1000 people standing and offer a sit down banqueting service to 400 people. Our ballroom also benefits from its own private parking and separate entrance.
Our meeting rooms are equipped with a range of modern conference technologies. There is a high speed wireless internet connection in all rooms. We have LCD projectors that can be used for presentations and a screen. We also have a range of microphones for public speaking. There are dedicated meeting personnel on site who are happy to help you wit the smooth running of your event.
