GOLDEN TULIP HOSPITALITY CELEBRATES THE OFFICIAL OPENING OF ITS FIRST NEWLY-BUILT HOTEL IN DÜSSELDORF

Over 250 business partners, hoteliers, investors and special guests joined the Golden Tulip’s Executive Team and staff to celebrate the official opening of the
Tulip Inn Düsseldorf Arena in Germany.

Amersfoort (NL)/Lausanne (CH), 02 May 2007 – The official opening reception took place on Thursday April 26th at the Tulip Inn Düsseldorf Arena. With over 250 business partners, colleagues and special guests, Mr. Hans Kennedie, President & C.E.O. of Golden Tulip welcomed all the attendees and reflected on the developments of the hotel.

The evening continued with an interactive and dynamic Q&A session moderated by Thomas Gerres from NTV & TV Gusto. The panel constituted of among others; Mr. Hans Kennedie and Mr. Werner Dornscheidt C.O. Fair Dűsseldorf.

A symbolic toast took place to celebrate the official opening of the hotel. Further live music entertainment was provided by The Robert Michler Ensemble, a fantastic combination of Classic and Light Jazz.

The celebration was concentrated on the opening of three unique brands that together form the Golden Tulip Hotel formula:

· Tulip Inn Düsseldorf Arena
· BRANCHE Restaurant, Bar & Lounge
· Simply Meet

Mr. Hans Kennedie, President & C.E.O. of Golden Tulip Hospitality, states: “it is with great excitement that we celebrated the official opening of this newly built hotel. The Tulip Inn Düsseldorf Arena is symbolic for our company, launching and operating all the new concepts we have developed over the past 24 months.
