GOLDEN TULIP WELCOMES A NEWLY BUILT HOTEL IN EINDHOVEN/LEENDE TO ITS DUTCH HOTEL PORTFOLIO |

Golden Tulip Hospitality and Westerhout Group strengthen their cooperation through the signing of the third franchise agreement for the newly build 89-room “Golden Tulip Jagershorst”.Amersfoort (NL)/Lausanne (CH), 23 August 2006 – Golden Tulip is proud to announce the signing of a franchise agreement for the Golden Tulip Jagershorst. The Golden Tulip Jagershorst will open its doors as per March 1st 2007. Golden Tulip Jagershorst is part of a construction and renovation project of the existing famous restaurant Jagershorst in Leende, just south of Eindhoven. The new hotels will feature 89 superior first class rooms and two new restaurants and a state of the art conference and meeting centre. The investment of the project amounts to over 11 million euros. The project is developed by the Westerhout Group. Golden Tulip Jagershorst will be ideally located south of Eindhoven in Leende’s woodland near the A2 motorway. In addition the hotel’s facilities will include; a swimming pool and a sauna, a wellness centre, free internet, top quality meeting facilities capable of accommodating up to 500 delegates.
