ADALAJ STEPWELL
Adalaj Step well is a unique Hindu 'water building' in the village of Adalaj, close to Ahmedabad town in Gandhinagar district in the Indian state of Gujarat.
Kankaria
An artificial lake dates back to the time of Sultans, Kankaria in the south east region of Ahmedabad. It was constructed by Sultan Qutab-ud-Din in 1451 AD. Formerly known as Hauj-e-Qutub, this lake was the bathing ghat of late Sultans and their queen
Sabarmati Ashram Ahmedabad
This was one of the residences of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. This is now a national monument established by the Government of India due to its significance for the Indian independence movement in the form of the Dandi March in 1930.
