What is meant with "per stay"?

A "stay" is defined as one or more consecutive nights spent at a Golden Tulip Hotel or Tulip Inn, irrespective of the fact you check out and check in during that period.

Which rates are "qualifying for frequent flyers"?

Qualifying rates are: Rack, Corporate & Preferred rates and all Best Available Rates.

What are ineligible rates?

Frequent flyer miles are awarded on Rack, Corporate, Preferred and BAR rate through all channels of distribution with the exception of: traditional wholesale rates booked through the Internet or through tour operators, Airline employee and/or Travel agency employee rates, coupons & vouchers, prepaid rates, group rates, bookings on 3rd party Internet sites, package rates and long stay rates unless otherwise advertised.
 

What do I need to do to claim miles?

Simply present your frequent flyer number at time of reservation and at check-in every time you stay at a Golden Tulip Hotel or Tulip Inn. If you have more than one airline membership, you will have to choose for which one you would like to earn miles.

 

Can I earn miles for more than one room per stay?

No, you can only earn miles for the room you are actually staying in as cardholder.

 

My partner is a frequent flyer member too; can we both earn points when sharing a room?

Only the person under whose name the reservation has been made is eligible for earning miles.
 

When will the miles be added to my account?

Under normal circumstances please allow about 60 to 90 days for the miles to be transferred to your airline account.

 

I forgot to present my frequent flyer card at the hotel; can I still claim the miles?

You can still claim miles after a stay up to 6 months after the departure date. We need a copy of the hotel invoice, which you can send to:
